Born in Brooklyn, New York, my name is Sulaah Bien-Aime and I am a Haitian-American Entrepreneur. In 2003, I founded, Kafou, Inc. a multi-media company that specializes in providing Marketing, Media and Public Relation services to the independant community of Artists, Musicians, Actors, Models, Filmmakers. Under the Kafou, Inc., umbrella, I created House of Onyx Studios which provides photography services to Models, Actors, Entrepreneurs etc. House of Onyx Studios is about tying and integrating all the elements that kafou, Inc. represents, through photography and consistently creating opportunities for the unsigned, unknown to help create a clean, professional brand where an artist can compete in a heavily saturated market.
I am also a published writer, screenwriter, television show producer under the Kafou, Inc. banner. At this point, I am heavily focused on my photography services and releasing my very first short film. Some say that that I am a modern day renaissance woman, but for me, my career path in the arts is to position myself to help my country(Haiti) and other countries suffering from poverty and hunger.
